Nancy Webb, Psychotherapist, MSW, RSW
Nancy is a registered social worker who has been in practice for a number of years. In her work she has always been impressed with her client’s desire and drive to change their lives. She believes that most people are trying to do the best they can with the resources they have. All of us however at times can use the support of another individual to change patterns, behaviours, thoughts or actions that are no longer helpful or self-fulfilling. Often we know what we want to do differently but are unsure or anxious about the ‘how’. In her work with individuals, couples and families the process of change becomes understandable and do able.
Since graduating from the University of Toronto, School of Social Work, Nancy has held positions both as a therapist and as a Director. She has worked in children’s mental health, community health organizations, government and most recently as the founding Executive Director of the Dr. Jay Children’s Grief Centre.
Nancy is now returning to her first love which is working as a therapist, trainer and consultant. My private practice serves Etobicoke and surrounding area. www.nancywebbcounsellingandconsultation.ca
